Background
“Sayaw ng mga Ilaw” brings to the stage an acclaimed children’s story by Cheeno Marlo Sayuno. Its visual world recalls the ambition behind the Manila Film Center and the workers who bore the cost of its construction, encouraging audiences to remember a history that can be overlooked when the building is seen only as a landmark.
